Monthly Auto-Draft
All access pass to any of our scheduled CrossFit classes. We offer classes 6 days a week.
HybridAF allows access to the gym anytime there is not a scheduled class. This is great for those whose schedule sometimes prevents them from making it into class, but still want to get in a great workout!

You may choose to attend any of our scheduled CrossFit classes 3 days per week.
This is a great option for those who have a limited schedule or are new to CrossFit.

Kids learn to use elements from several sports/exercises to develop core fundamentals with proper form and work ethic.
Our Youth classes are currently once per week on Sunday at 1:30 pm.
Multi-kid discount and current member discounts available.
There is a one-time set up fee of $25 for our youth classes (per child).
Our Punch Pass options allows you access to 10 scheduled classes.
Punch pass is valid for 1-year from date of purchase.
We offer a variety of membership options, including Family/Couple discounts, Community First Responder & Educators discounts, SWC/ARSOF plans, and Hybrid Only.
We also offer Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching.
Our standard memberships are monthly auto-draft, however we also offer discounts for Paid-in-Full annual contracts as well.
